OFFICIAL COMPETITIONS

CATALAN UNIVERSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS (TEAM SPORTS)

You can join the following groups:
11-a-side football (male), 7-a-side football (female), indoor football (male and female), volleyball (male and female), basketball (male and female), handball (male and female) and rugby sevens (male and female).

• When you've registered online (on september we will send a mail for register), you will need to participate in a trial session (for the teams with high demand) in order to join the team.

• Trainings and competitions take place in the morning during the week. There is one competition in November, another one in February, semifinals in February, and the finals in March.

• Credits ECTS may be convalidated

CATALAN UNIVERSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS (INDIVIDUAL SPORTS)

If you normally practise an individual sport, you can register to represent the UVic in one of the individual sports competitions:
Snowboarding, 10km race and half Marathon, Marathon, Unirun (official race on the Catalan universities), Mountain course, Badminton, MTB, Duathlon, Triathlon, Chess, Tennis, Table tennis, Paddle, Orienteering, Golf, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Swimming and Open water.

• Credits ECTS may be convalidated

SPANISH UNIVERSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS (CEU)

El Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD) of the Spanish government organises the CEU during the second semester. Theses championships are the highest level of univesity sport.

The athletes and teams who come first in the Catalan University Championships can participate in the CEU.
