The master's degree in Montessori Pedagogy (0-6 years) has already closed enrolment for the academic year 2024-2026.
As this is a biennial master's degree, it will be reopened to new students in 2026.
The University of Vic, in collaboration with the Montessori Institute of San Diego (MISD), coordinates the officially certified European Master's Degree in Montessori Education, recognised and validated by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
The Montessori method is a widely recognised pedagogical approach around the world. It is inspired by "integral humanism", which considers human nature as unique individuals fully able to act with freedom, dignity and intelligence.
The main objective of the Master's Degree in Montessori Education is to provide comprehensive training, within a suitable scientific, philosophical and methodological framework, to work as a Montessori method teacher with 0-3 and 3-6 years age groups.
