This basic training provides you with knowledge about the teaching-learning process and about the psychological variables concerned. The goal is for you to be able to plan, analyse and improve the teaching and learning process within your professional field. The main goals are understanding psychology in order to facilitate its use in educational practice; setting up a framework of reference, based on constructivist theories, leading to an analytical approach to educational practice in general and teaching-learning at school in particular; understanding individual differences in terms of the main psychological theories and the factors involved in adapting teaching to individual students; developing a positive attitude to the regulation and control of independent learning and promoting collaboration among peers for staff development. | |||||||
