Recruitment process
The estimated time for the resolution of the vacancy is 1.5 months (from the moment the vacancy is entered until it is covered).
The Selection Policy is based on the mission, vision and values of UVic-UCC. From this perspective, the relevant actions are carried out in order to respond to the staffing needs of the different areas and services, ensuring the skills fit of people.
The policy of attraction and retention of talent has the mission of excellence in terms of the incorporation of people to UVic-UCC. The main objective of this policy is the standardization of the processes of attracting talent, selection and recruitment, ensuring transparency (HRS4R seal) and excellence, to achieve the adequacy of skills of the profiles that join the UVic-UCC ensuring the technical and personal suitability to each job and the culture of the UVic-UCC.
