Objectives
This subject provides training in multimedia project management.
The skills to manage projects, teams, time and costs in the multimedia field are developed. Agile development methodologies are reviewed.
It also aims to consolidate and interrelate technological concepts from the various subjects taught throughout the first two years. The aim is to integrate the knowledge acquired and new tools to develop multimedia projects in teams.
Learning outcomes
- He develops projects in which he integrates knowledge from different multimedia fields.
- Apply creative resources to solve problems in the development phase of a comprehensive project.
- Optimizes the use of resources in the development of software and hardware for a multimedia project.

Evaluation
The assessment is based on continuous monitoring of the student's academic work throughout the course. Active classroom attendance, participation in teamwork, and the presentation and presentation of individual or group work or reports are assessed.
The evaluation of each student consists of the following grades:
- Project development: 20% individual + 20% group; only the group part is recoverable
- Assessable tests (documentation): 20% group; recoverable
- Presentation of results: 10% group + 10% individual
- Follow-up: 15% individual
- Participation observation: 5% individual
A maximum of 30% of the overall grade for the course can be recovered.
Methodology
The course contains sessions that emphasize concepts related to agile methodology, teamwork, and communication. However, most of the sessions are eminently practical, involving teamwork, in which projects are developed in groups. Oral or audiovisual presentation of work also plays an important role.
