Objectives

The objective of this subject is to give the student the necessary tools to conceptualize, record, edit, manipulate, construct and experiment with an audiovisual piece, either to create a professional product from an aesthetic and technical point of view or to promote experimental-visual-sound creation.

The subject prepares the student to be able to carry out an audiovisual production (with image and sound). To this end, it delves into audiovisual production and post-production from theory applied to practice. It experiments with procedures, techniques and methods of editing and montage, sound capture and post-production, motion graphics (motion graphics), etc.

Recovery

At the end of the course, students have the possibility of recovering failed practices. Only individual practices can be recovered, that is, practices 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.

Methodology

Although the subject is eminently practical, there are some theoretical sessions (video editing, sound recording and editing, motion graphics and visual retouching).

The course is structured in two blocks:

  • Introduction/theoretical presentation of basic concepts
  • Carrying out individual and group practices and the final group project in tutored sessions according to the different phases: idea, script, recording, import, editing and post-production.
