The Online Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration: Digital Economy and Management (EMBA: DEM) is designed to respond to the complexity of today's digital business world, starting with the individual, going through the most relevant topics of business management and ending with the interpretation and understanding of a particularly complex environment.
A graduate of the EMBA: DEM will have the competencies and knowledge to perform the managerial functions to operate in the current globalised and digital world. Graduates will be able to work independently, communicate properly in international contexts, obtain and interpret data to take their own decisions, materialise their ideas, deal with clients on-site and in digital environments and carry out the digital transformations in business to be competitive in today’s digital business world.
The Online EMBA: DEM is the ideal programme for executives who strive for more knowledge in business and management, but have strong professional and personal constraints that require a learning modality adapted to their needs. This program is thus organized in nine modules and a final project.

Applications and enrolment
General admission requirements
For acceptance into the program you need to:
- Hold an official university bachelor or diploma
- 3 years working experience
- Students will be accepted by UVic-UCC based on its admission procedures and regulations specified in the regulations for university-specific programmes at the UVic-UCC approved by the university’s governing council and published in the university’s webpage.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
- Passport copy.
- Official university bachelor's or master's degree from the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) or equivalent foreign degree allowing access to a postgraduate degree in the country that issued the degree. A sworn translation of the document is required in case it’s issued in a language different from Spanish or English.
- Academic transcript of the accredited official training with the average grade at the university of origin. A sworn translation of the document is required in case it’s issued in a language different from Spanish or English.
- Proof of 3 or 4 years of management experience<
- Curriculum Vitae in English.
- A letter of motivation in English, stating the candidate's interest in following the master's programme
