When to enrol
If you are a new student, it is advisable to enrol in person, and you will be assigned a day and time slot to formalize it.
The day and time of enrolment will vary depending on when the University Access Office assigns you the place.
Remember that there are different enrolment periods for each academic year: June, September, and February. Consult application information here.

If you have already studied other courses at UVic, you can enrol online:
• From 9:00 on 1 July 2025 until 23:59 on 4 July 2025.
• If your academic record is open because you are doing a summer internship, you must enrol on 10 September 2025 from 9:00 until 23:59.
