Enrolment documents

If you are making your first enrolment or have made changes to any personal or financial information, you will need to provide the following documentation:

General documentation

  • Identification document (ID card, NIE, passport, or others)
  • SEPA Direct Debit Mandate duly completed and signed. You will obtain it after completing the enrolment and can download and sign it, or you can prepare it before enrolment and sign it:
  • Access documentation varies depending on your access route.

University Entrance Examination (PAU)
 
No documents need to be submitted
Specific entrance examinations (Over 25, 40, or 45 years old)
Foreigners from the European Union or equivalentUNED access credential, only for bachelor’s degrees not accessed through the University Access Office
Higher Vocational Training Programme or equivalent (CFGS, FP2)

Only if you have validations towards the university bachelor’s degree:

  • Official transcript of records detailing marks for each module and training unit and the average mark
     
Partial university studies
  • Official transcript of records indicating access data.
  • Request/resolution of validations, if applicable.
  • If you are continuing the same studies, receipt of payment of the transfer fees from the university of origin.
Completed university studies (undergraduate studies or equivalent)
  • Diploma or diploma receipt.
  • Official transcript of records indicating access data.
  • Request/resolution of validations, if applicable.

Once you have completed the enrolment, you will find "Send documentation" in "Procedures" at campus virtual.

Click on "New request" and then on the option "Documentació de matrícula".

Next, click on the arrow next to the study.

Attach the documentation by selecting a document and clicking on "Attach" as many times as documents you want to upload. Make sure they are attached correctly. Check at "Attached documents" to see all the documents you have uploaded.

Click "Next" and confirm your request.
