With a degree in General Audiology from UVic-UCC, you will be trained to assess, intervene and guide patients of different ages and conditions who have hearing or vestibular impairments.
You will learn, alongside other specialists, to help people choose the most suitable supports, devices and hearing aids to enhance their quality of life.

Why study General Audiology at UVic?
This is the first degree in Audiology in the whole of Spain and has been designed based on international and innovative models.
You will study using a blended learning format, which combines collaborative work between teachers and students, practical face-to-face sessions, synchronous follow-up sessions and independent study. This study format has different attendance requirements, depending on the course and the semester.
The methodology is very practical, both in terms of classroom sessions and the number of internship credits.
You will develop a clinical, technological and people-centred profile, with the opportunity to engage in research.
You will have the chance to participate in training programmes abroad through the mobility programmes offered by the Faculty.
If you have already completed a vocational training cycle or a university degree in the field of audiology, this degree is an opportunity for academic continuity.
Practical sessions will take place in the Audiolab laboratory.
You can do your internship either in Catalonia or abroad.
You will have access to a dedicated student support programme covering academic, personal and career guidance areas.
